Located in the nostalgic historical greyhound bus station facing Sylvester Park, blocks away from the state capitol building & Capitol Lake. Our full bar boasts craft cocktails with fresh organic juices & house-made syrups without additives, as well as 16 rotating local brews, ciders and root beer on tap.

The eponymous "Greyhound Grill” is our kitchen located on the heated enclosed patio. Our cuisine is American style with a traveling twist. All food and drinks are ordered from your server and on one tab. Some of the mouthwatering grub includes local grass-fed wagyu burgers, wild-caught whole salmon filet sandwiches and salads, portobello tacos and hot pub fries to name a few.
The grill closes daily at 8:30pm during the week and 9pm on the weekends but our 'late night' menu is available until close which offers apps, sandwich melts, & desserts from our secondary bar kitchen nicknamed "The Pie Hole".
